Blather Game-Night Host Skill

Plan the gathering before the guessing begins. Blather Game-Night Host is a free, public SKILL.md instruction file for a host using their own compatible AI assistant. Supply the participant count, round count, whether the group is together or remote, and a room invitation if one already exists. The skill guides the assistant to produce a turn schedule, a usable invitation, a three-sentence teaching script, a host checklist and three recap questions grounded in the group's real clues and guesses. The schedule follows Blather's actual format: two to six human players, one to five rounds, and one describing turn per player in each round. Total describing turns equal players times rounds. When a room link has not been supplied, the invitation says the host will send it later instead of inventing one. Blather itself is the independent human-played browser word party game at https://blatherround.com/. Players form clues from limited word tiles and type guesses. This companion skill is a planning resource, not a hosted chatbot, an AI opponent or a live room controller. It does not create rooms, send messages, generate game answers or publish clips. The file needs no external API, account credentials or player records; the user's chosen AI assistant has its own access requirements and pricing. The public kit also includes a game-night host checklist and a blank recap sheet.
